Session Details
(1) Session Cosmetic Teeth Whitening
This session consist of a 20 minute self- administered teeth whitening treatment 30 minutes total, with 10 minutes is added to your session in exchange for a social media shoutout or a Google/Facebook/Yelp review. Clients in their first session can expect to move 1-3 shades whiter. Results can vary client to client and are based on staining habits, dental hygiene, and genetics. Our sessions aren't a substitute for routine dental exams/cleanings.
(2) Session Cosmetic Teeth Whitening
This sessions consist of a 50 minute self- administered teeth whitening treatment, 60 minutes total . All sessions will be completed in your initial visit and 10 minutes is added to your session in exchange for a social media shoutout or a Google/Facebook/Yelp review. Clients in their first session can expect to move 2-5 shades whiter. Results vary client to client and are based on staining habits, dental hygiene, and genetics. Our sessions aren't a substitute for routine dental exams/cleanings.
(3) Session Cosmetic Teeth Whitening
This sessions consist of a 80 minute self- administered teeth whitening treatment 1 hour and 30 minutes total. All sessions will be completed in your initial visit and an additional 10 minutes is added to your session in exchange for a social media shoutout or a Google/Facebook/Yelp review. Clients in their first session can expect to move 3-6 shades whiter. Results vary client to client and are based on staining habits, dental hygiene, and genetics. Our sessions aren't a substitute for routine dental exams/cleanings.
(4) Session Cosmetic Teeth Whitening
This sessions consist of a two hour self- administered teeth whitening treatment. All 4 sessions will be completed in your initial visit. Clients in their first session can expect to move 4-7 shades whiter. Results vary client to client and are based on staining habits, dental hygiene, and genetics. Our sessions aren't a substitute for routine dental exams/cleanings.
The Whitening Goddess VIP Membership
The Whitening Goddess VIP Membership, is a once a month 30 self- administered minute touch up session. The first whitening session will be a complete 1 hour treatment, with the 12 remaining sessions being 30 minutes. $104.50 initial setup plus $52.25 per month for 12 months. All members will be enrolled in a 1 year subscription. Un-used sessions can be rolled over but not shared or used in exchange for product or discounts.
Membership can be canceled after 3 months of enrollment commitment. After the 3rd month of membership, the client and whitening technician will discuss results and treatment moving forward. No refunds for un-used sessions or missed appointments. Teeth Whitening Qualifications
(Qualified Candidates) People with healthy teeth and gums are typically good candidates for teeth whitening.

(Disqualified Candidates) Individuals with gum disease, multiple restorations, braces, and extensive decay are classified as disqualify from this cosmetic procedure and should consult their dentist. Anyone 16 years old and under should not use professional whitening as their young teeth may become sensitive. Pregnant and lactating women should postpone teeth whitening procedures.
Late, No Show, and/or Cancellation Policy
There is a 7 minute grace period for each scheduled appointment. After 7 minutes past the scheduled appointment, the client MUST reschedule their appointment, within 48 hours or the client will be considered a NO SHOW and will forfeit their deposit and no refund will be approved. If a scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled, the client MUST contact the service provider within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to either reschedule a new appointment or cancel services. Refund request on deposits will be approved when a cancelation of an appointment is verbally confirmed with the provider. All cancelations or reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, or the client will forfeit their deposit.
Credit, Cash, & Zelle Payments Accepted
$10.00 deposit required at booking. Deposit fee will go toward the remaining service balance. Due to limited space and sanitation requirements, the only individual that will be permitted into the whitening session, is the person the appointment is booked for, unless previously discussed and cleared with the whitening technician.
